Printing Costs for Personalised Products
You can print on several areas of most pieces of clothing, usually on the front, back and sleeves (or a hoodie’s hood).
Smartphone cases and accessories like mugs, caps and beanies only have a single print area.
When personalising a product, there is a standard printing fee in place for each area you personalise.
Within your chosen print area, you can place as many designs and text as you like for no extra cost.
The design price will be shown as 'FREE' in the Design Tool as SPLATZ do not wish to charge any extra for the use of our designs.

At PayPal, you only need to enter your account details once during your initial registration, and thereon in it’s a matter of a few simple clicks.
Your bank or credit card information is safe and will not even be passed on to us.
If you pay using PayPal, we can immediately begin with the processing of your order.

Redeeming Promo Codes
• Choose your favourite products and add them to your shopping cart.
• When you’re done shopping, click on the shopping cart button and then on "Checkout".
• In the checkout area, the field to enter a code is on the top right.
• If you’re using a mobile device, the input field is directly under the email address.
• If the promo code or coupon code has already been activated, "Coupon code active" is displayed above the input field of the code.
• If no promo code or coupon code has been activated yet, enter the code, confirm with Enter or change to the next input field.
• When you’re done shopping, click on the shopping cart button and then on "Checkout".
• In the checkout area, the field to enter a code is on the top right.
• If you’re using a mobile device, the input field is directly under the email address.
• If the promo code or coupon code has already been activated, "Coupon code active" is displayed above the input field of the code.
• If no promo code or coupon code has been activated yet, enter the code, confirm with Enter or change to the next input field.
DISPATCH & DELIVERY
Standard delivery: 5-7 business days
We cannot ensure delivery tracking with standard delivery.
Orders that can be sent safely in an envelope are posted without an option to track.
This is how deliveries can be deposited in your letterbox without requiring you to be at home.
Larger sized orders will be sent in parcels, meaning you can track them.
Premium delivery: 5-7 business days
When opting for premium delivery (if available), you receive a tracking number so you can track your order regardless of size and type of packaging.
Express delivery: 2-3 business days
Choose express delivery to get the fastest delivery treatment.
You will receive a tracking number regardless of size and type of packaging to track your order.
Delivery may take up to 3 days longer, in case one of the following reasons apply:
• The delivery address is in a location that’s hard to reach (e.g. mountains, islands or remote areas).
• It will take an extra day in cases where there is a public holiday in any of the countries that handle delivery. Please note that weekends can lead to delivery delays as well.
• You are placing a substantial order. Please refer to the calculated delivery time in the checkout section for information on the estimated time of delivery.
• You’ve chosen to pay in advance. Express deliveries will be prompted as soon as the amount has reached our account.Delivery will be deferred to a date approx. 3 workdays later.
(We recommend paying with PayPal, credit card or a debit entry to avoid the delay.)
• The country of delivery is outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, Norway). This is why there may be delays due to customs clearance.
How to help speed up dispatch
• Complete and correct payment information (credit card payments)
• Correct statement of purpose (order number) on bank transfers
• Complete delivery and billing addresses
• Legally and technically sound designs

Every item you order at SplatzDesigns is printed for you by hand by Spreadshirt, That’s what distinguishes us from other e-commerce retailers.
Returns aren’t put back on our warehouse shelves, as we can’t resell them.
This is why we want to make sure you’re 100% content with your order.
If you should not be completely happy for any reason, just make use of our: 30-DAY RETURN GUARANTEE
Simply return your product within 30 days of receipt. Whether it doesn’t fit you, suit you or it’s not what you expected - just send it back. You can choose from the following options:
• Exchange for a new product
• Exchange for a voucher to be redeemed towards your next order

Refunding the purchase price is possible as long as you didn’t personalise the product yourself. We are unable to process items that are returned without prompting.

When planning an order for you and your team, you may be unsure about what sizes, styles and colours to order.
Please order plain products without prints first, as we can take these back without a problem.
If you order e.g. one T-shirt with print to test the print quality, we will accept the return and give you a voucher or a new product.
This way, you’ll help protect the environment and save resources.
2. Read the order confirmation email straight away
Maybe you feel like changing the text or design.
If this is the case, please follow the link in the confirmation email and cancel the order immediately before it goes to print.
You can then go back to your order, change it and place it again.
3. Calculate with a buffer period
We’re quite fast, but we can make no guarantees.
This may be due to reasons relating to design issues, product stock and delivery times.
In case your order doesn’t arrive in time for a birthday, wedding anniversary or the farewell party of your colleague, this does unfortunately not constitute a reason for a return.
If you need something super fast, use the Express Option to get your order as fast as possible.
Our satisfaction guarantee exists in addition to your statutory rights (including right of revocation and warranty claims). You can find all relevant information in Spreadshirt's GTC.

• Wash inside out at 30°C max.
• Don’t do dry cleaning
• Don’t tumble dry
• Don’t bleach
• Iron inside out, mid-heat, no steam
Tips:
• Shirts with several designs should never touch each other when ironing to prevent them from sticking together.
• Designs on shirts personalised with flock printing will keep in shape longer if you use liquid laundry detergent.
Please note: All fabrics available from SplatzDesigns (and therefore used by Spreadshirt) have been extensively tried and tested.
We only give a shirt the “all clear” once it’s gone through at least 10 wash cycles with all of our print types
